The Minnie Recipe Book is a manuscript cookbook written by Minnie, a woman from England, between the years 1872 and 1920.[1] The manuscript is part of the Kislak Center for Special Collections, Rare Books and Manuscripts at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
