The Minnie Recipe Book[1] is a manuscript cookbook written by Minnie, a woman from England, between the years 1872 and 1920. The manuscript is part of the Kislak Center for Special Collections, Rare Books and Manuscripts at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
